MEOWHAU™ STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§1. General provisions

  1. The MeowHau™ online store sells pet products via its website.

  2. These regulations define the rules for using the store and placing orders.

§2. Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the order form.

  2. The condition for order fulfillment is the correct completion of contact and address details.

  3. The customer receives order confirmation via e-mail.

§3. Prices and Payments

  1. All prices are in PLN and include VAT (where applicable).

  2. Available payment methods: BLIK, payment card, online transfers and other methods available in the store.

§4. Delivery

  1. Order processing time is usually from 4 to a maximum of 9 business days.

  2. Delivery costs are indicated when placing your order.

§5. Returns and complaints

  1. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Complaints should be submitted via email.

  3. The product must not show any traces of use beyond normal use.

§6. Personal data

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  2. The data controller is the owner of the MeowHau™ store.

§7. Final provisions

  1. The store reserves the right to change the regulations.

  2. In matters not regulated, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
